Production Operative
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a leading manufacturing company based in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet company standards and targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate as part of an expanding production team to prepare moulds, handle materials safely, and produce all planned products.
* Adhere to daily production plans and ensure H&S standards are met.
* Contribute to award-winning projects across Ireland and the UK.
**Working Hours**
We offer two options for working hours:
* Option 1: 12hr Shift
Pattern 1: 4-day week (6am-6pm) Mon-Thurs and 3-day week Thur-Sat (6am-6pm with Saturday 5pm finish).
Pattern 2: 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am - 6pm with Saturday being 6am - 5pm) and 3-day week Tues- Thurs (6am - 6pm).
* Option 2: Variable hours between 32-48 hours per week as needed.
Standard hours of work will be Monday - Friday 05:00am - 14:00pm or 06:00am - 15:00pm, however flexibility to work overtime and/or Saturdays is essential.
**Requirements**
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industry.
* Experience with concrete is highly desirable or working on civil engineering related projects.
* Ability to read technical drawings would be beneficial.
* CSR desirable but not essential.
