Primary Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team at Progress Teachers Ltd. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, other teachers, and SENCO to provide comprehensive support.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers to provide regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within a primary school setting (Secondary experience welcomed)
  • A good understanding of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, and Speech and Language Disorders and how to plan appropriately for these needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
