Construction Site Management Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Management Director to join our team at Anderselite Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites across various projects.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of success in site management. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee construction sites across various projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Develop and implement site management plans, including risk assessments, site inductions, and daily safety inspections.
- Lead and motivate site teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a contractor.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract, CSCS (Site Manager), SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
