Are you a skilled surveyor looking for a home-based opportunity that offers flexibility and a chance to specialize in residential properties?

We are delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. The successful candidate will join a national team of 20 surveyors who provide expert advice to private clients in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations)
  • Work in the Cardiff and Newport area
  • No timesheets or administrative tasks
  • Opportunity for progression to Partnership

Candidates will need to be MRICS/FRICS qualified with a wide range of experience in structural and building defects. We also consider commercial building surveyors looking to transition to residential.
