Regional Business Development Executive

We are looking for a talented Regional Business Development Executive to join our team in the North East of England, Yorkshire, and East Midlands of England.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Qolsys, Visonic, DSC, and other security services and solutions. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our existing business partners, both distributors and installation companies.
You will need to analyze their business to determine further growth potential and align business strategies for both, commercially and strategically. In this role, you will identify new verticals and partners and develop an effective pipeline to contribute to the team's overall sales target.
You will review prior month sales performance and objectives and implement a strategy for the month ahead. You will need to understand our existing partners while learning about prospective partners' needs and requirements, confirming compatibility, and ensuring we meet the desired outcomes for both parties.
Requirements- A strong proven sales background and a hunger to sell and smash targets.
- The ability to learn and translate information to the customer in a way that aligns with their company portfolio and shows the value of our offerings.
- The ability to build strong business relationships and meet, or exceed, achievable targets.
This is a home-based role with travel across your designated territory. You will report to the Country Leader UK&I and collaborate with security installers, electrical contractors, and other verticals in the North East of England, Yorkshire, and East Midlands of England.
