Key Responsibilities:

  • Dietary Management: Collaborate with our Nutritional Therapist to provide tailored menus and manage dietary needs.
  • Catering Operations: Oversee catering supplies, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
