Your Role:

  • Develop and execute pattern development projects, driving business growth and success.
  • Create innovative patterns, staying ahead of industry trends and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for UR's standard patterns.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to ensure seamless implementation of pattern guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in pattern-making, with a strong understanding of ergonomics and textile science.
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with knowledge of contemporary fashion trends.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of garment sizing and fit standards.

Your Compensation:

  • £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
