About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Employer's and Public Liability claims from inception to resolution.
  • Legal Research and Advice: Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients on complex cases involving employers' and public liability claims.
  • Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements, and negotiate settlements with opposing parties when necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases and maintain excellent communication skills to represent clients effectively in court.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A qualified or non-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury Litigation, preferably in defendant EL/PL.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
