**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher/ECT for Early Years to join our team at Vicar's Green Primary School. As a Class Teacher/ECT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the school's mission to provide outstanding education.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Early Years, meeting the needs of all learners
• Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student progress and achievement
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning
