Are you a motivated and ambitious professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled CDM Principal Designer to join our dynamic team at Brandon James Ltd in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our Construction Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced CDM Principal Designer with a strong background in health and safety, construction management, and building control. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Construction qualification, Tech IOSH membership, and at least 2 years of experience in CDM Principal Design. APS membership is desirable but not essential.
