Roofer Wanted for Permanent Contract

We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to fill a permanent roofing position with our leading client. The job involves working on roofing maintenance and repairs of domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out patch repair work and refurbishments
  • Perform tasks such as tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, and pointing

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in roofing
  • Full UK driving license
  • Time Served or Roofing qualification ideal but not essential

Benefits:

  • £32,974 per year, plus overtime and callouts
