Part-Time SEN Support Assistant for a Young Person with Cerebral Palsy

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time SEN Support Assistant for a young person with cerebral palsy. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support and assistance to help the individual reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the individual's therapy programme and personal goals
- Support participation in extracurricular activities and explore new hobbies and interests
- Encourage independence and motivation in daily life
Requirements:
- Experience supporting young people with SEN or additional needs
- Currently studying or graduate in SaLT/OT/Physiotherapy
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
