About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Cost Optimisation group, which will play a crucial role in shaping our team's financial future. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining initiatives in support of non-F1 and excluded activities/events, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance departments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in high-level motorsport, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build key relationships and present complex information to various audiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of F1 financial regulations.
  • Manage hardware supply for marketing initiatives, activations, and events.
  • Work with Inventory & Finance Business Partnering to ensure cost cap compliance and data accuracy.
  • Progress reporting of initiatives and updating the wider business on activities and impact.
  • Liaise with Commercial Finance where appropriate.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
