Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our busy housing management team, the Residential Property Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional services to tenants, including allocation of properties, rent arrears prevention and recovery, estate management, tenancy support, and tenant participation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in housing management and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and able to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
