Nurse Practitioner

As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your work, while being part of a supportive team.

You will be responsible for creating personalized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing safe and effective care to our residents. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. You will also need to have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
