About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at OnetoOne Personnel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and execute digital marketing strategies to distribute content and engage with target audiences
  • Lead the Digital Marketing Team
    • Work with the in-house team of writers, designers, and marketers to maintain a strong digital presence
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
  • Measure and Analyze Performance
    • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience
    • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies and activities through SEO, UX, digital advertising (PPC and paid social), email marketing, and website optimization
  • Strong Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
    • In-depth knowledge of various search engine and social media platforms and best practices
    • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
    • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Qualified in Google Analytics
    • Ideally Chartered Marketer accredited
    • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
    • Experience in digital marketing or a related field
    • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
    • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
    • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
