About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Service Lead to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Charity Mental Health Services Lead, you will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to a group of staff across different locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Ambient Support policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, escalate, and contribute to the management of potential risks within the service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and compliance of all activities and actions that relate to the support of individuals.
  • Team Leadership: Develop, empower, and engage your team to do their very best work, promoting an environment and culture that supports Ambient Support as a great place to work.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Undertake coaching and mentoring sessions with your team to enhance their skills and performance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Care Certificate or a Diploma in Health and Social Care or related qualification.
  • Significant experience of supporting people with a learning disability or mental health issue, working in partnership with families and significant others.
  • An awareness and understanding of diversity issues, including non-discriminatory practice.
  • Literacy skills (for report writing), verbal skills (for communication), and numeracy skills (for managing budgets).
