Drainage Network Maintenance Expert:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HGV Drainage Engineer to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our drainage team, you will be responsible for maintaining the drainage network for commercial, domestic, and water boards customers. Your primary responsibilities will include driving and operating an HGV Class 2 Combi Unit, performing jetting, interceptors, wet well cleaning, and confined space work.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 Combi Unit safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain the drainage network by performing various tasks such as jetting, interceptors, and wet well cleaning.
  • Work in confined spaces to carry out maintenance tasks.


Requirements:
  • HGV Class 2 license and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) are mandatory.
  • Previous experience of driving and operating combi units is essential.
  • Ability to perform physical work associated with maintaining the drainage network.
  • Desirable qualifications include Streetworks, HPWJ (High-Pressure Water Jetting), Confined Space, and First Aid.


Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £39,650 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week.
  • Excellent opportunities for overtime.
  • Overtime rate: £22.00 per hour.
