Corporate Account Handler

This role will involve providing insurance quotes and contracts to clients, placing various types of commercial risks within the market. The Account Manager will provide expert advice to clients regarding their insurance needs, liaise with insurer partners, and maintain high-quality customer service levels by efficiently servicing client accounts. Key responsibilities include file management, ensuring prompt completion of individual client cases, and complying with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need previous account handling experience within the corporate or commercial sector, technical insurance knowledge, and excellent communication skills. CII qualification (or working towards exams) is also essential.
