Job Title: Consents Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consents Specialist to join our team at Assystem. As a Consents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the management of consents and approvals for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead the management of consents and approvals for infrastructure projects
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and planning regulations
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with key project stakeholders and statutory bodies
  • Maintain accurate records of consents, permits, and approvals
  • Prepare reports to support project documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consents management, environmental permitting, or regulatory compliance within the infrastructure sector
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of planning regulations, environmental legislation, or land rights and regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
