About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Professionals Limited as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Current NMC registration and a valid Statement of NMC Registration.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
