Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador

Meallmore Ltd. is seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join their team at Mearns House Care Home in Newton Mearns. This luxury care home provides high-quality, personalized nursing and dementia care, and has been designed to exceed national care standards.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment throughout the home. Your duties will include:

• Providing refreshments to residents and visitors in the café areas and dining rooms.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the café to the highest standards.
• Working alongside the care team to ensure residents have great experiences.

In order to be successful in this role, you will require experience working within a front-of-house hospitality environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of what excellent customer service looks like.
