Plant Operations Manager

Due to continued growth, our company is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to support our manufacturing operation in Kings Lynn.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 30 headcount, driving product quality, reducing waste, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement improvements in working practices using modern manufacturing philosophies
- Manage cost, quality, and output, working closely with other departments to create efficiencies
- Produce and maintain a production plan to ensure all sales orders and key stock levels are serviced
- Ensure the stock replenishment/kanban system reflects production capabilities
We are looking for a candidate with a HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment at a senior level and the ability to demonstrate effective team leadership are essential.
