About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents/guardians, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their time with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of Dance School classes and events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum participation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for high-quality programming, driving engagement and income growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths qualifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a responsible capacity, with First Aid training and/or qualification an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing in-person and remote work.
