About the Role:

Our premium care home in Truro is seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant on a bank basis.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to our residents, including daily living assistance, one-to-one time and entertainment.

You will work closely with our experienced care team to deliver high-quality care services, promoting independence and dignity among our residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including daily living assistance and one-to-one time
  2. Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment, promoting independence and dignity
  3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
  2. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Salary and Benefits:

£9.50 per hour, plus benefits such as on-site parking and free uniform.
