Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and selecting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Responsibilities:

* Source and select top talent for client vacancies
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments
* Present candidates to clients and negotiate offers
* Manage the recruitment cycle from initial interview to hire

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
