**Role Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Transport Team Manager to join our team in Hatfield. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our transport services.

* Manage day-to-day transport operations to maintain agreed service levels
* Work closely with the Sort Centre team to ensure continuity of service
* Supervise transport staff and provide guidance on drivers' hours, regulations, and working time directives
* Develop and maintain excellent geographical knowledge to optimize routes and schedules
