Salary: £40,000 per annum (including holiday pay), dependent on experience.

Job Description

This accelerated training programme is the first step towards becoming a leading figure within our restaurants. As a Trainee Business Manager, you will be part of an intensive learning journey, working closely with our crew, trainers, customer care teams and managers to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for customer-focused behaviors
• Display leadership by coaching the team and providing feedback and development opportunities
• Lead the team to have a shared understanding and vision of exceptional customer experiences
• Work with the management team to implement strategies improving sales and profitability
