Teamworx Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Duty Store Manager to join their global footwear brand team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence in-store.

About the Role

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement localized product, visual, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Upper Management team to shape the overall growth and strategy of the business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate work results, providing constructive feedback to staff to maintain performance and achieve operational excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this insight to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
