Join Our Team as a Tender Management Specialist

Are you a seasoned Tender Management Specialist eager to take on a rewarding role with a prominent player in the sector? Look no further Total Resourcing Ltd is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Tender Management Specialist to enhance our team. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assessing client documentation for thoroughness
  • Addressing Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) tasks
  • Crafting proposals in response to client Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs)
  • Implementing procedures for the creation of high-quality and persuasive bids
  • Producing engaging written content in collaboration with relevant engineering disciplines and corporate departments
  • Overseeing the tender preparation and response workflow
  • Coordinating bid teams and contributions from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiating and managing inputs from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Adhering to structured Governance protocols
  • Maintaining a centralized repository of information and support materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a tendering or bidding environment
