About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Online Store Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, including cash handling, stock control, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash processes and stock integrity
  • Lead and inspire a team of colleagues
  • Monitor and manage KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines
