About The Recruitment Co.

We are recruiting for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.


The Role
  • Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials, and company property.
  • Health and safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
  • Delivery of allocated works within set timescales and to quality requirements.

The Hours

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.


The Person We Are Looking For
  • Essential:
    • Previous experience in a similar role.
    • City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline, or time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
    • Current full UK driving licence.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in joinery and tiling along with basic plumbing and plastering.
  • Key Skills:
    • Trustworthy and reliable.
    • Able to follow security and safety processes.
    • Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Strong time management.
    • Good IT skills.
    • Awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments.

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
