Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens, you will be responsible for selling our clients' manufactured range of contract kitchens to Tier 1 contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell contract kitchens to Tier 1 contractors, including PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent marketplaces
- Focus on developing relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 contractors, such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, and GMI
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a minimum turnover of £2m
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling to Tier 1 contractors
- Experience in selling contract kitchens
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic and personable, with a professional and confident demeanor
- IT literate
