Account Management Professional Job Description

Finitas is a leading insurance broker looking for an experienced Account Management Professional to join their team in London or Hybrid work arrangement. This role offers a competitive salary between £35,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience) and provides opportunities for career growth and development.

As an Account Handler, you will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as an Account Handler and in an insurance broking environment. Familiarity with FCA/EEA/EU regulations and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collect and analyze management information to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an Account Handler.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an insurance broking environment.
  • Familiarity with FCA/EEA/EU regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
