TPF Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency for the accountancy and finance sector, is supporting a prestigious firm of chartered accountants in their search for an experienced Will Writer to join their private client tax team on a part-time or full-time basis.

• Independently manage your own workload and take initial instructions from clients.
• Prepare and advise on wills of various complexities, drafting powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally written.
• Provide high-quality, timely, and professional advice to clients.
• Correspond with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
• Attend clients in their own environments as required.
• Refer complex trust inquiries, IHT advice, etc., to the partner.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company's computer system.
• Promote a compassionate and sensitive disposition, ensuring a positive client experience, especially when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.

• Prior experience working within a legal or accountancy practice, with experience in drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
• Professional, proactive approach with strong client care skills and a sensitive, sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.
• Confident IT skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Own transport is a must.
• STEP qualification or a Will writing/estate planning qualification is preferable.
