We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results, and engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life.
- Ensure the development of consumer loyalty to help build The Body Shop brand.
- Control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills.
- Monitor and manage change, and make sound commercial and business decisions using data provided.
- Have full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors, and passion for our products.
