About the Role

Penguin Random House Children's is seeking a skilled Rights Executive to join its team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Rights Manager, you will be responsible for working with a wide range of debut and award-winning authors and illustrators.

Key responsibilities include managing rights agreements, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with authors and agents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of children's publishing, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
