About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Expert to join our team at RETAIND Ltd. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our advisors and directors in informing and advising on financial planning factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all advice given by advisers meets relevant industry and company standards, giving clients the best possible outcomes
- Providing high-quality support to the advisor team, responding to advisor queries in a timely manner
- Organising reports and illustrations in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure business can be processed efficiently, and the suitability of the advice given enhances the Practice's PQS (Practice Quality Score)
- Researching and analysing financial products to meet client requirements and objectives, demonstrating an understanding of the desired outcome
Requirements:
We require a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Paraplanning, with 2-5 years previous experience in a similar environment. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and be able to work using your own initiative as part of a wider team. A good understanding of IT systems is essential. The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, based on experience, reflecting the challenges and responsibilities involved.
