Main Responsibilities:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines. Your primary focus will be on providing holistic assessments of patients, developing comprehensive care plans, and implementing skilled nursing interventions to manage mental health risks and treatments.

You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery, empowering patients by promoting choice and self-advocacy within legal and risk management frameworks. Additionally, you will contribute to research and practice development initiatives to improve patient care and participate in multi-agency care discussions to foster cooperative working relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Essential: Registered Mental Health Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD). Strong skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans are also required.

Desirable: Multilingual skills, with fluency in Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, or Gujarati.

Working Arrangements:

LeviCare offers flexible working arrangements, including 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, and night shifts, Monday to Friday. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
