Become a skilled Optical Assistant by joining Specsavers as an Apprentice Dispensing Expert. Our rigorous training program, equivalent to a Level 3 BTEC, will provide you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this role.

We're seeking a talented individual with previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant. As a member of our vibrant team, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Dispense lenses, taking into account patients' unique requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimize clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
  • Accurately measure patients' frames and provide exceptional support with collections.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, contributing to a successful retail team.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location)
