Job Overview

PSR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. This role requires you to provide exceptional care and support to young individuals in a residential childcare setting.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily well-being of our residents, including preparing them for school, assisting with homework, and planning engaging activities. Your ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting is essential in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

We are committed to providing opportunities for personal growth and development. If you do not possess the required qualifications, we offer the chance to study and gain relevant certifications. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is also desirable.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £27,246 to £33,598 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a welcome bonus of £1,000 once completed probation, a loyalty bonus of £1,000 after 12 months of employment, a Regional Allowance of £2,000, and an Attendance Allowance of £1,400.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent. However, if you do not meet this requirement, we are willing to provide training and support to help you achieve this qualification. Your ability to work collaboratively with others and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations is crucial in maintaining a positive working environment.
