Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Noticing Administrator to join our team at MJ Quinn, a leading national organisation with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are registered and our teams meet the noticing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Noticing Team
  • Ensuring start/stops are issued correctly
  • Maintaining a weekly log of office and field staff
  • Checking jobs on the systems used

Requirements:

  • Good level of IT skills and MS packages
  • Experience in a similar role
