Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Electrical Engineer/System Support Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Electrical Engineer/System Support Technician to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer/System Support Technician, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing control/integrated systems, programming PLCs, and configuring SCADA software packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and test control/integrated systems
  • Program a variety of PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function block, or Statement List methods
  • Configure SCADA software packages
  • Undertake IP network design and configuration
  • Design and test ELV electrical panels
  • Plan, procure, maintain, and report on a wide range of sites and sub-systems

Requirements:

  • Qualification to NVQ, C&G, or HNC level or above in a relevant electrical, electronic, or IT-related discipline
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and work nights on a regular basis
  • Full UK driving license and valid passport
  • Security clearance to work at UK airports
