Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the financial operations of the Music division, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Manage the accounting function, including financial statement preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Financial Controls and Risk Management: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, ensuring the integrity of financial data and mitigating risk.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a recognized UK professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or overseas equivalent.
  • Demonstrable success in a senior accounting role with international affiliate experience.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in accounting roles with a minimum of 4+ years at senior management level.
  • Experience managing and supervising an accounting team, including setting objectives and conducting annual appraisals.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively without losing quality, with advanced organizational, analytical, and people management skills.
