Intex Facades Ltd is a leading provider of SFS and Rain screen Cladding solutions, with a strong presence nationwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facades Site Manager to join our team in Nottingham.


As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all day-to-day site activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the facades industry
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SFS and Rain screen Cladding systems, with ability to interpret and implement technical specifications
