Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Software Developer to join our Operational Security Intelligence team at Darktrace.

The successful candidate will work on proactive security software, focusing on attack path modeling, threat tracking, and integrating with the wider platform suite. The role involves researching hacking techniques, statistical analysis of graph data structures, implementing novel concepts, and working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement novel solutions for proactive security software.
  • Analyze and track threats using advanced statistical methods.
  • Integrate information with the wider Darktrace platform suite.
  • Work cooperatively within a team and take independent decisions when needed.

Requirements:

  • A solution-focused mindset combined with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with writing code in a production environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in cyber-security/malware forensics.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud computing environments.
