The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with expertise in Microsoft 365, on-premise server Windows Server, SQL Server, SCCM Server, and SharePoint. Experience with data analytics and Power BI is also highly desirable.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an IT professional to work in a public sector organisation, providing day-to-day support, advice, and guidance to users of MDDC, according to defined priorities and service level agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software faults, implementing solutions, and maintaining documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and training guides.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical advice in liaison with external suppliers
- Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technologies through research and training
