Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures across our software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality software products
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
