Job Opportunity: Streetworks Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Streetworks Administrator to join our team at W P RECRUITMENT HR LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor applications for work permits from contractors and companies for the road network.
  • Process and administer traffic orders.
  • Update and maintain permit scheme database and website with street works activities.
  • Process and record payments for all chargeable activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of traffic management plans and reports.
  • Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and minimize disruption to the network.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the island.
  • Previous highways experience is an advantage but training will be given.
  • Good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Good level of initiative and ability to prioritize workload to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
