We are working with Academics Ltd, a reputable organisation based in East London.

Job Type: Part-time (3 days per week)

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to the Post 16 Lead Teacher at Academics Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Excel spreadsheet management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate pupil tracking data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in planning and attending Personal Education Plan (PEP) meetings in local schools
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Relevant education experience and/or qualifications
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities

What We Offer:
